central air and heat. Each room has a gas log fireplace to make your room warm
and cozy. |
Arrival &
Departure |
Check in is between 4:00 pm. – 6:00 pm. unless special arrangements are made
with the Innkeeper. Check out is 11:00 am. |
| Bicycles |
Bicycles & helmets are available with a
signed release form to sign before peddling away. |
| Breakfast Time |
9:00 a.m. We’ll try to accommodate you if you
need to make other arrangements (Let us know in advance). Coffee and tea
will be set out in the dining room table by 8:00 a.m. You’re welcome
to take it back to your room. |
| Cancellation |
72 hour cancellation required for refund of
deposit. |
| Children
|
Children over 12, limitations on children’s
accommodations: Furnishings and room décor are designed for adults. Children
must be supervised at all times. They are expected to honor the quiet time
policy and respect the retreat-like atmosphere. |
| Computers |
The Blue Spruce is equipped with high-speed
wireless access for your laptops. |
| Gift
Certificates |
Please contact the innkeeper for more
information about certificates. Gift certificates are valid for one year
from date of purchase. |
| Handicapped |
Presently this inn does not have rooms with
wheel chair access. Plans for remodeling will hopefully be completed by
summer of 2006. |
| Laundry |
If you need to use the laundry facilities,
please arrange a time with us. There is also a local Laundromat.

| Pets |
No pets allowed. A resident West Highland
Terrier is on site. Local boarding is available. |
| Quiet Time |
The Blue Spruce B & B offers a peaceful
get-a-way for relaxation and regeneration. Quiet time hours between 10:00
pm. and 8:00 am. are honored in consideration for all guests seeking a
restorative retreat. |

Payments |
Advanced payment or a major credit card is
required to place the room under the reservation. We accept MasterCard,
Visa, Personal Check, and Cash. |
| Smoking |
No smoking is allowed in the rooms or inside
the Bed and Breakfast. There is a designated smoking area outside.

Each room is equipped with a TV/VCR and a
selection of videos is available for your viewing. |
